Welcome to LiveLikeVIP, where luxury meets exclusivity. These Terms and Conditions ("TOS") govern your membership with LiveLikeVIP, including access to benefits, services, and information provided by LiveLikeVIP. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Description:LiveLikeVIP offers exclusive membership levels tailored to your lifestyle:
- Gold Social: Individual membership for $199/month (enrollment fee: $125)
- Black Social: Plus One membership for $299/month (enrollment fee: $175)
- Platinum Business - Elite Circle: Corporate & Social membership with exclusive VIP access for 10 members max. Pricing available by invitation only.
2. Membership Eligibility:Membership is available to individuals aged 21 and above. Members must not have been suspended or removed from LiveLikeVIP. Each member is limited to one active account. Membership accounts are non-transferable.
3. Membership and Account:By applying for LiveLikeVIP membership, you certify that you are of legal age and will provide accurate information. LiveLikeVIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete information. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and agree to accept responsibility for all activities conducted under their account.
4. Membership Fee and Billing:Membership fees are based on the selected membership level and are subject to change. Fees are non-refundable and do not include applicable taxes. Membership fees will be billed monthly, with automatic renewal unless canceled.
5. Term and Renewal:Membership terms commence upon purchase and automatically renew unless canceled. Members must notify LiveLikeVIP in writing to cancel their membership at least 30 days before the renewal date. Failure to cancel will result in automatic renewal and billing.
6. Cancellation and Termination:Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time, subject to the refund policy outlined in the membership plan. LiveLikeVIP reserves the right to cancel or suspend memberships without notice for violations of the TOS or for other reasons deemed harmful to the community.
7. Membership Benefits:Membership benefits vary by level and may include exclusive access to events, discounts, concierge services, and more. LiveLikeVIP reserves the right to add, modify, or eliminate benefits at any time.
8. Submitted Content:Members grant LiveLikeVIP a license to use any materials they submit for inclusion on the platform. Members are prohibited from submitting unlawful or inappropriate content.
9. Business Partner Policies:Members are responsible for understanding and abiding by partner policies, including payment terms, cancellation policies, and usage restrictions.
10. Disclaimer of Liability and Warranty:LiveLikeVIP does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of content, products, or services. Members acknowledge and agree to use LiveLikeVIP at their own risk.
