We have designed the experience for a more intimate and exclusive atmosphere, allowing for a small group of approximately 12 to 15 individuals per sprinter. With a maximum of two sprinters available, we can accommodate a total of 12 to 24 people (excluding hosts), ensuring that each participant enjoys a personalized and memorable experience.

If a sprinter is not filled to its minimum capacity of 12 participants, we will take the following steps:

1. Minimum Participant Requirement: Our goal is to ensure a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants. Therefore, we require a minimum of 12 participants to run the luxury bar crawl.
2. Notification and Options: In the event that we are unable to meet the minimum requirement for a specific sprinter, we will promptly notify you prior to the event date. At that point, you will have two options:
   a. Reschedule: You can choose to reschedule your participation for another available date when we anticipate reaching the minimum participant threshold.
   b. Refund: Alternatively, if rescheduling isn't feasible for you, we will provide a full refund of your payment.
