LiveLikeVIP® Membership and all personal experience requests are governed by these Terms & Conditions and the LiveLikeVIP® Member Code of Conduct (“Code of Conduct”), which is incorporated herein by reference.
By submitting an access request, engaging a LiveLikeVIP®-facilitated experience, or participating as a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with both documents.
In the event of a conflict, LiveLikeVIP® reserves the right to interpret and enforce these standards at its sole discretion to protect its ecosystem, partners, and relationships.
LiveLikeVIP® Membership is a privilege of access, extended on the basis of alignment, discretion, and mutual respect.
Members are expected to uphold the following standards at all times.
LiveLikeVIP® Membership provides priority consideration, not guaranteed access.
All placements are subject to availability, alignment, and venue discretion.
Members must conduct themselves with professionalism and respect toward:
Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
LiveLikeVIP® Membership is a privilege, not an entitlement.
Failure to adhere to LiveLikeVIP® standards of conduct—including professionalism, discretion, respect for venues and partners, punctuality, and compliance with policies—may result in limitation, suspension, or revocation of access or membership without refund or obligation.
Members agree to comply with all:
LiveLikeVIP® does not override venue rules.
LiveLikeVIP® does not negotiate discounts, waived minimums, or preferential pricing.
Membership provides priority consideration, not guaranteed outcomes.
Requests for exceptions, pressure on venues, or misuse of relationship access may affect future consideration within the LiveLikeVIP® ecosystem.
Members and guests are expected to maintain discretion regarding venues, experiences, hosts, and other participants.
Members must respect the privacy of:
Access is built on trust.
Unauthorized disclosure, inappropriate social sharing, or breach of confidentiality may result in immediate review of access and membership status.
Members understand that their behavior reflects on:
Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or misuse of access may affect future consideration.
Membership is maintained through alignment, respect, and engagement—not tenure or volume.
Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, failure to adhere to venue policies, or misuse of priority access may result in reduced placement priority, temporary suspension, or removal from LiveLikeVIP® Membership.
LiveLikeVIP® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, decline access requests, limit participation, or revoke membership to protect its brand standards, venue relationships, and ecosystem integrity.
